The 5th episode of "The Way of the Warrior" series, a documentary on the Martial Arts of Asia, originally broadcasted on the BBC in the early 1980s which featured top Masters of each system. Each episode features rich historical background, philosophy, methods and practices of each system with numerous footage of demonstrations, explanations, and practical applications. A rare gem for those who practice any system of martial arts.

This episode follows very old, yet ever developing, Philippino martial art, Eskrima. It has developed, largely, due to the use of knives in the Philippines and teaches one how to defend against and use knives or small blades.
